OVERVIEW

Mobettacutz is a barbershop in San Marcos, Texas that prides itself in being the first black owned barbershop in the city as well as the first barbershop on LBJ Street. Though well known because of it’s proximity to Texas State University, Mobettacutz still struggles with retaining customers. The client, Mario Wiggins, requested changes to the brand that would bring in a more diverse customer base while still honoring it’s original audience .

EXECUTION

A rebrand of the company to differentiate them from competitors as well as solutions to the pain points discovered through research such as lack of advertising, incomplete presentation of services, and no customer retention system. My role in this project specifically focused on research, branding, and appropriate outcomes.
